Bright citrus-bergamot aroma layered over a malty black tea base.

Base black tea sourced from various origins.

Here is how to brew Earl Grey for a clean, full-flavoured cup.

How to Brew Earl Grey

  1. Measure 2g of Earl Grey into your cup or teapot per 250 ml of water.
  2. Heat fresh, filtered water to 95 C.
  3. Pour the water over the Earl Grey and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve.
  5. It re-brews 1-2 times, so you can steep a second cup from the same Earl Grey.
