How to Brew Agrimony Flower

Delivers a mild, slightly astringent, herbaceous cup.

Native to Europe, where it grows wild in meadows and hedgerows.

Here is how to brew Agrimony Flower for a clean, full-flavoured cup. One ingredient. Nothing added.

How to Brew Agrimony Flower

  1. Measure 2g of Agrimony Flower into your cup or teapot per 250 ml of water.
  2. Heat fresh, filtered water to 100 C.
  3. Pour the water over the Agrimony Flower and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve hot or iced, plain, unsweetened.
  5. It re-brews 1-2 times, so you can steep a second cup from the same Agrimony Flower.

Tips

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place, tightly sealed.
  • Iced: Brew at double strength, then pour over ice for a cold Agrimony Flower.
  • Get more from it: Re-steep the same Agrimony Flower for a lighter second cup.
