How to Brew Lemongrass

Bright, zesty citrus flavor without the acidity of actual citrus fruit.

Southeast Asia.

Here is how to brew Lemongrass for a clean, full-flavoured cup. One ingredient. Nothing added.

How to Brew Lemongrass

  1. Measure about 2 g of Lemongrass into your cup or teapot.
  2. Heat fresh, filtered water to 100 C.
  3. Pour the water over the Lemongrass and infuse for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve.
  5. It re-brews 2-3 times, so you can steep a second cup from the same Lemongrass.
